Register TodayThis two and a half–day training, taking place April 29–May 1, 2026, introduces participants to the collaborative law process and the interdisciplinary team model that supports families through divorce and separation in a respectful, non-adversarial way. The training is appropriate for attorneys, mental health professionals, financial neutrals, and other family law practitioners who are new to collaborative practice or looking to strengthen their core collaborative skills. Participants will gain an understanding of the foundational principles of collaborative law, the distinct and complementary roles of interdisciplinary team members, and the communication and conflict-resolution skills essential to effective collaboration. The training also explores collaborative negotiation strategies and best practices for supporting clients through complex family transitions using a client-centered approach. CLE credits: 14.50 CLE Hours and 2.00 Ethics Hours for Attorneys Professionals from across Texas, and those interested in traveling to Texas for high-quality collaborative training, are encouraged to attend.
