Join us for an hour of presentation on potential ethical issues that arise as attorneys and their clients work with Financial Professionals (FPs) in the Collaborative Process. Attorney Rhonda Cleaves will lead a discussion with Collaborative Financial Neutrals Suzanne Blake and Jennifer Failla to identify those issues and explore how to navigate them as we help clients divorce. Issues to be discussed include whether and when FPs may work with clients after the case is concluded, whether and when the FP may serve in multiple roles, and whether and when to disclose information shared with FPs by a client in the process.

This Lunch and Learn qualifies for 1.00 MCLE hour and 1.00 Ethics hour for attorneys.
